The menu is a celebration of the local cuisine, featuring dishes that are made with the freshest ingredients and served with a creative flair. You are bound to be amazed by chef, Alexandre Baumard, a master at combining classic techniques with modern twists, resulting in dishes that are both familiar and exciting. You can enjoy some of the chef’s signature dishes like succulent Saint-Jacques shells, tender sea bass, and roasted pigeon with a Saint Emilion wine reduction sauce, they are a must-try. There are also aesthetically pleasing and delicious desserts created by the talented pastry chef for those with a sweet-tooth!

Situated in the center of the rural commune of Montagne Saint-Emilion, this restaurant is a true gem, offering a unique blend of classic French cuisine and contemporary flair. The elegant and intimate setting of La Réserve du Presbytère creates a warm atmosphere for guests. The restaurant’s sophisticated Art Deco design, complete with crisp white tablecloths and charming exposed brick walls sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
