A family story
I was born and bred in the Bordeaux region, just minutes from the magnificent vineyards of Saint Emilion; I am as much a product of the area’s unique terroir as the local wines.
My grandfather spent his entire life in the wine and food business, my brother manages a chateau, and my cousin is a wine merchant; wine was always crucial to my life. After living in the U.S. and Central America for over a decade and working in the gourmet food business for companies such as Les Trois Petits Cochons (The Three Little Pigs), I was thrilled to return to my roots and the beauty and grace of Bordeaux. Since I returned in 2012, I have been trying to share my love of wine and create the best Bordeaux wine tour possible…

We had a GREAT tour of the Médoc wine region with Maud from Bordeaux with Elodie! Maud spoke excellent English and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went to 3 top wineries and had a fantastic and leisurely French lunch (multiple courses) at a chateau. Maud was a great driver with an upscale minivan. We will book again next time for th St Emilion wine rwgion. Fabulous day!

The perfect Bordeaux vineyard tour experience
The perfect Bordeaux experience This was our second trip to Bordeaux, and by far the best. From the first emails, Bordeaux With Elodie, Safia (and Elodie) took time to understand what we wanted and built a thoughtful, personalized plan — even managing to include a specific château we’d requested. Our guide, Vincent, was outstanding. He made the days feel easy and natural, more like traveling with a friend than following a tour. His insight, humor, and pacing made the experience relaxed and genuine. We especially appreciated how he coordinated with the château hosts so each visit focused on what made them unique — never repetitive, always engaging. Every stop felt intentional, the logistics seamless, and the communication excellent. When we come back to Bordeaux, we’ll absolutely book with Bordeaux With Elodie again, and will definitely request Vincent.
