A family story
I was born and bred in the Bordeaux region, just minutes from the magnificent vineyards of Saint Emilion; I am as much a product of the area’s unique terroir as the local wines.
My grandfather spent his entire life in the wine and food business, my brother manages a chateau, and my cousin is a wine merchant; wine was always crucial to my life. After living in the U.S. and Central America for over a decade and working in the gourmet food business for companies such as Les Trois Petits Cochons (The Three Little Pigs), I was thrilled to return to my roots and the beauty and grace of Bordeaux. Since I returned in 2012, I have been trying to share my love of wine and create the best Bordeaux wine tour possible…

Our visit to Château Troplong Mondot was a highlight of the trip. The estate is beautiful, the tour was informative, and we especially enjoyed learning about both the winemaking process and the history of the property. The combination of stunning views over Saint-Émilion and exceptional wines made for a memorable experience. Lunch at Logis de la Cadène was another highlight. The setting was charming, the food was excellent, and it was the perfect complement to our day in wine country. Everything was well organized from start to finish, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy Bordeaux. We would happily recommend this experience to anyone looking to discover Saint-Émilion and one of the region’s most impressive estates. Thank you again to Elodie and the team for a lovely day.
