Located on the rocky plateau between Saint-Emilion and Pomerol, Château Le Puy sits in the Dordogne Valley. Chateau Le Puy is the second highest geodesic point of the Gironde region. The history goes back to 1832, nowadays 51ha of vineyard are exploited. Since the early 90s Pierre Amoreau grows the vineyard in a biodynamic way and prevents using suflfur when creating his wines.

Description

Blueberry, cassis and redcurrant with hints at sous-bois and gravel. Medium-body, very precise, with fine tannins paving the way for a very long and complex finish. A wine of great finesse.
