Château du Moulin Rouge is a family owned estate, located in the town of Cussac Fort-Médoc, in an exceptional environment between the prestigious appellations of Margaux and Saint-Julien-Beychevelle. It is part of the Cru Bourgeois Superior. Grape varieties: 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Cabernet Franc Average vine age: 40 years Vinification: Traditional in stainless steel vats with temperature control and cold pre-fermentary maceration period. Food & wine pairing: Charcuterie, mushrooms, meat (including game) (as Roasted bee, Slow-roasted lamb shank, Roasted duck…), cheeses (soft & hard)(as St Albray, Camembert, Gouda…) Ideal temperature: 57/61°F When should I drink it?
